Note 1:

 If the tenant is not giving two months advance notice and move out upon short notice (less than 2 months’ notice), the two months’ rental deposit will be totally forfeited.

 The two months’ security deposit cannot be offset against the rental for the last two months.

 The owner reserves the right to offset the unpaid rental against the security deposit, utility deposit and other deposits. If the costs of repairing damaged items (eg: Fan/door/dirty wall etc) are more than the deposits, the owner will offset the costs against these deposits. If the cost of repairing is more than the total deposits, tenant has to top up the balance.

Note 2:

 These rooms are partly furnished with ceiling fans, wardrobes and lights but without air conditioner (tenants are not allowed to install the air conditioner), Interested tenants are encouraged to have their own furniture, bed, table etc, however, you are allowed to use the living hall and dry kitchen (cooking is not allowed). The owner is not providing you with the fridge and washing machine but you are allowed to get these on your own. Water dispenser is provided for.
