 The owner reserves the right to offset the unpaid rental against the security deposit, utility deposit and other deposits. If the costs of repairing damaged items (eg: Fan/door/dirty wall etc) are more than the deposits, the owner will offset the costs against these deposits. If the cost of repairing is more than the total deposits, tenant has to top up the balance.

Note 2:

 These rooms are partly furnished with ceiling fan and lights but without air conditioner (tenants are not allowed to install the air conditioners), Interested tenants are encouraged to have their own furniture, bed, table etc, however, you are allowed to use the living hall and dry kitchen (cooking is not allowed). The owner is not providing you with the fridge and washing machine but you are allowed to get these on your own.
