Student apartment in bukit jalil 10 minute walk to lrt and free apu buses, we are 2 people in the house one palestinian one egyptian nationality we are looking for 1 person extra since our other roommate left, the lease right now is for 2 years finishes in 1/10/2027, if you need to switch apartments you can leave the room and just put it up for rent, the apartment here has a clubhouse a swimming pool a badminton court a cafe and a supermarket there is also a hospital infront of it which is a 2 minute walk away also for the 600 rm price per month you need to pay a 2400rm deposit and you need to pay electricity and water, also wifi is not included we just use our hotspot we are looking for a student thats willing to rent with us we cook and clean.
